Bio-Techne earnings date and guidance
MyStockButler's October 2026 analysis: Bio-Techne's next results are expected on November 4, 2026. The key thing to watch is repeated organic growth with stable product margins and stronger cash conversion.
What has Bio-Techne guided for the Wilson Wolf payment?
The Wilson Wolf deal began as a staged purchase, but its first contractual trigger has made the remaining ownership compulsory. The scheduled purchase falls on December 31, 2027, unless a second performance milestone brings it forward. The guided second-stage payment is therefore cash Bio-Techne must prepare to find, not an ordinary option it can simply abandon.

| Period guided | Low | High | Date given | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Second option payment | Fiscal 2027–2028 | 1,000,000 | 1,000,000 | Aug 24, 2026 |
What this means. The one million dollar payment is an estimate for an option and may not be the full amount because extra payments could be added.
Has Bio-Techne kept its capital-spending promises?
Capital additions came below guidance in all five years reviewed. For FY2026, the plan was approximately $42 million, while actual spending was $28.85 million. That preserves cash but may postpone useful capacity, and it says little about revenue or earnings performance.

What are Bio-Techne's last eight quarters of revenue and profit?
Reported revenue rose 1.3% year over year, and organic growth reached 3%. A held-for-sale business created a two-point headwind, while currency had no material effect. This was a welcome change after three quarters of year-over-year reported declines, but one positive comparison cannot establish a durable turn.
The adjusted figures are more restrained. Adjusted operating margin edged higher, but adjusted EPS slipped from $0.53 to $0.52. Free cash flow also fell, reflecting lower operating cash and higher capital spending. June looks like an improvement in demand, particularly in Diagnostics and Spatial Biology, not yet proof of a broad earnings recovery.
