Invesco earnings date and guidance
MyStockButler's October 2026 analysis: Invesco's next results are expected on January 26, 2027. The key thing to watch is whether platform implementation costs become immaterial and old systems begin to retire.
What has Invesco guided for full-year 2026?
Management expects a 39%–40% compensation ratio for full-year 2026. It guides to adjusted Q4 operating expenses of $830 million–$840 million, assuming flat markets. It aims to sustain an adjusted operating margin in the high 30s; the 40.7% Q3 2026 result is not a quarterly promise. Platform implementation costs should become immaterial in early 2027. Some assets may move later, and old systems may take until 2028 to retire.

Did Invesco meet its performance goal?
Invesco also set a goal that 65% of actively managed assets would rank in the top half of peers over three- and five-year periods. At the end of 2025, it reported 70% for the three-year measure and 67% for the five-year measure. The three-year top-quarter result fell to 44%, from 49% at the end of 2024, so meeting the broader target did not mean every result improved.
What do Invesco's last eight quarters show?
Operating income rose to $436.5 million from $270.9 million a year earlier. Revenue rose to $1,873.2 million from $1,640.4 million. Yet diluted earnings per share slipped to $0.65 from $0.66 because the prior-year quarter benefited from a favourable tax resolution. The effective tax rate moved from a 2.8% benefit to a 23.3% expense.
| Sep 2026 | Jun 2026 | Mar 2026 | Dec 2025 | Sep 2025 | Jun 2025 | Mar 2025 | Dec 2024 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue | 1,873.2 | 1,825.6 | 1,744.5 | 1,692.0 | 1,640.4 | 1,515.5 | 1,529.2 | 1,593.0 |
| Operating income | 436.5 | 364.2 | 333.2 | -1,458.1 | 270.9 | 214.2 | 277.3 | 311.7 |

| EPS, diluted | 0.65 | 0.76 | 0.51 | -2.61 | 0.66 | -0.03 | 0.38 | 0.46 |
| = Free cash flow | 703.7 | 198.4 | 432.2 | 586.4 | 530.4 | -108.0 | 323.9 |
What this means. The large loss in December 2025 mainly comes from recording a noncash drop in the value of intangible assets, not from paying out that amount in cash.
What should investors watch in Invesco's next results?
At the end of 2026 or in early 2027, investors should watch whether Invesco finishes moving assets onto the hybrid platform and whether implementation costs become immaterial, as Dukes expects. Completion would show progress, but it would not prove that the old costs have disappeared.
Management said it would provide more guidance on 2027 expenses in January 2027. That update should show whether fading implementation costs are being replaced by new platform fees and the expense of maintaining legacy systems. Dukes expects some freed capacity to reach the bottom line and some to be reallocated, but the split remains undisclosed.
