Disney earnings date and guidance
Disney's next results are expected on November 17, 2026. Watch whether Disney turns growth into cash.
What has Disney guided for the year?
Management guides to FY2026 adjusted EPS growth of 12% excluding the 53rd week. Including that week, guidance is 16%. The extra week is expected to add about $600 million of Q4 segment operating income. Disney targets at least $9 billion of FY2026 share repurchases. Capital spending is planned at about $9 billion.

Has Disney kept its past promises?
Disney has also made promises that can be checked. Combined streaming businesses became profitable earlier than the promised quarter, and adjusted earnings per share grew 19% in fiscal 2025 against a high-single-digit projection. Those results show progress under Bob Iger and Hugh Johnston, not yet a completed record for D’Amaro.
What do Disney's last eight quarters show?
This pattern appeared in eight quarters from fiscal Q4 2024 through Q3 2026. Disney beat the EPS estimate in every quarter, while revenue missed in three. That record shows execution against forecasts, not proof that demand always exceeded expectations.

What should you watch in Disney's next release?
The full-year results, estimated for November 12, 2026 but not confirmed, should show whether Disney delivers the cash required in the final quarter. Investors should also listen for how management explains fiscal 2027 growth against the extra-week comparison. Strong earnings with weak cash conversion would reduce room for the next investment cycle.
Operations provide the clearest tests. Monstropolis is due to open in 2027, while the Disney Believe is scheduled to sail on December 18, 2027. Opening on time shows execution; filling capacity at profitable prices shows economics. Consumer Products will also move largely from Experiences to Entertainment in fiscal Q1 2027, requiring restated comparisons.
