What has Qnity guided for 2026?

The weighted case is near-flat by October 2029, hinging on customer ramps, cash conversion and debt reduction. Management’s August 4, 2026 guidance calls for 2026 net sales of $5,550–$5,650 million. Adjusted Operating EBITDA guidance is $1,675–$1,725 million. Adjusted EPS guidance is $4.40–$4.60. The company’s own Adjusted free cash flow guidance is $600–$700 million. Capital expenditures are $450–$470 million, while excluded costs and working-capital needs still affect cash available.

What this means. The low and high numbers are management’s forecast range for the year, not the company’s actual results.

What is Qnity's revenue and profit trend?

Revenue fell 15.1% in 2023, to $4,035 million, as customers cut orders and used inventory already on hand. The wider semiconductor market also declined 8.2% that year, so the downturn was cyclical. Sales grew in each of the next two years, reaching $4,754 million in 2025. That was almost exactly the $4,755 million reported for 2022. The recovery therefore restored an earlier level before it proved a new one.

Revenue reached $1,429 million, versus $1,170 million a year earlier. Gross margin improved to 46.6%, while operating income rose to $368 million. Yet net income fell to $124 million from $188 million. New interest, transformation spending and the North Carolina legacy charge absorbed much of the operating improvement.

What this means. The blank diluted earnings per share values mean reliable figures were not available for those older quarters, not that the company earned nothing.

What should I watch in Qnity's next results?

Qnity is scheduled to report third-quarter results before the market opens on November 4, 2026, followed by an 8 a.m. Eastern time call. Investors will look for sustained annual guidance, stronger cash flow and clearer customer production schedules.

At an August 26, 2026 investor conference, Delaware was still in customer qualification, with commercial sales possible by year-end and commercial volumes expected in 2027. Taiwan equipment installation was expected by the end of 2026, qualification in early 2027 and volumes later that year. The useful checkpoint is therefore the path from installed equipment to approval and repeat orders.
