KKR earnings date and guidance
KKR’s next results are expected on November 9, 2026. Watch whether KKR can turn investment activity into dependable earnings and usable liquidity.
What has KKR guided for 2026?
The remaining guidance is narrower. Insurance Operating Earnings are guided at $250 million per quarter in the second half of 2026. Strategic Holdings Operating Earnings are guided at a minimum of $350 million for the year. The regular annualized common dividend is $0.78 a share. These are different scorecards, not figures to add together.
USI, an insurance brokerage, makes the distinction sharper. KKR expects $3.3 billion of after-tax proceeds from its sale. It expects $2 billion of Adjusted Net Income from the transaction, including at least $2 per share. USI supplies 40.0% of expected 2026 Strategic Holdings Operating Earnings, so its sale also removes an established contributor. The remaining 18 companies must help replace it before the segment can reach management’s longer-term target of more than $1.1 billion in 2030.

Has KKR kept its fundraising promise?
KKR also targeted more than US$300 billion of fundraising over 2024–2026 and had raised US$305 billion by June 2026. That delivery matters, but the final test is value created for each share after paying the people who created it.
What do KKR’s last eight quarters show?
Revenue and net income rose while operating income fell. That divergence shows why the bottom line cannot stand in for operating progress. A securities impairment before sale reduced operating income; removing it changes the quarter from an operating decline to growth. Corporate costs provide another alternative view, but their narrower components are already included in the subtotal.

What this means. Revenue is higher partly because the company bought Arctos and Altavair, so the increase does not all come from its existing businesses.
What should KKR watch on November 9, 2026?
The scheduled third-quarter results call is November 9, 2026, at 10 a.m. Eastern. Investors should compare actual realizations with July’s visibility, then examine fundraising, deployment and the remaining operating guidance. A sale delayed into the fourth quarter is different from a cancelled transaction or a lower sale price.
