BeOne earnings date, guidance and results
BeOne’s next results are expected on November 5, 2026. BeOne should be watched for whether BRUKINSA reaches regulators for first-line mantle cell lymphoma as promised.
What has BeOne guided for 2026?
The August outlook raises the expected revenue and both operating-profit ranges, even as planned research and selling expenses also rise. BRUKINSA provides the main commercial momentum. If sales grow faster than the organization’s costs, BeOne gains operating leverage: each additional dollar of sales contributes more to profit.
The two profit measures require care. GAAP follows standard accounting rules. Non-GAAP operating income removes items such as share-based compensation, depreciation and amortization. Those costs have not vanished: shares still dilute ownership, and buildings and equipment still wear out. The non-GAAP figure is therefore a useful management view, but it is not a replacement for GAAP. The fact that both profit measures improved by the same amount makes the forecast revision more meaningful.
| Period | Low | High | Given on | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Total revenue | Year to Dec 2026 | 6,600 | 6,800 | Aug 5, 2026 |
| GAAP gross margin % | Year to Dec 2026 | Aug 5, 2026 | ||
| GAAP operating expenses (combined R&D and SG&A) | Year to Dec 2026 | 4,800 | 5,000 | Aug 5, 2026 |
| GAAP operating income | Year to Dec 2026 | 1,000 | 1,100 | Aug 5, 2026 |
| Non-GAAP operating income | Year to Dec 2026 | 1,700 | 1,800 | Aug 5, 2026 |
| Other income (expense) | Year to Dec 2026 | 25 | 50 | Aug 5, 2026 |
What this means. The other income (expense) figures are shown as positive numbers even though they are costs that reduce profit.
Did BeOne keep its 2025 profitability promise?
In early 2025, management promised positive full-year GAAP operating income and delivered it. GAAP includes stock compensation, which makes the achievement more meaningful than a profit measure that excludes it. BeOne reported about $447 million of GAAP operating income and about $942 million of free cash flow in 2025. Free cash flow measures cash generated after operating needs and equipment spending, so it need not equal accounting profit.
How have BeOne’s last eight reported periods changed?
Cash improved alongside earnings, and the eight-quarter sequence shows operating income moving from losses to profits and then to larger gains. That pattern is stronger evidence than a single quarter. Management also raised annual revenue and operating-income guidance while increasing expected operating spending, which sets a higher test for the commercial engine.

What this means. Free cash flow does not subtract lease payments or interest here because those costs are already included in cash from operations.
