Does Ventas’s cash cover its dividend?

The dividend also passed a demanding first-half cash check. In the first half of 2026, operating cash flow covered development, redevelopment, other capital spending and common distributions, leaving approximately $143 million before acquisitions and other uses. Operating FAD provides a second check after specified recurring capital expenditure. Neither measure means the acquisition programme funds itself.
