Vulcan earnings date and guidance
Vulcan's next results are scheduled for October 29, 2026. The key thing to watch is whether price improvement survives energy and other production costs.
What has Vulcan guided for 2026?
Management guides to 1%–3% shipment growth and 4%–6% freight-adjusted price improvement in 2026.
Management plans $750–$800 million of 2026 capital spending for maintenance and growth. Maintenance keeps existing equipment productive. Growth spending adds capacity or improves access to customers. Replacing a worn crusher protects current output, while adding a rail yard can help a quarry reach another market.

Has Vulcan kept its past promises?
Management’s promises have produced a mixed record. The 2025 adjusted EBITDA forecast came in below its stated range, but aggregates cash gross profit per ton improved from 2024 to 2025. The June 2026 ambition of US$20 per ton remains a promise rather than an achieved result.
What has Vulcan's last eight quarters shown?
The proper comparison is June with June because construction is seasonal. Revenue rose from $2,102.4 million in the second quarter of 2025 to $2,155.8 million in the second quarter of 2026. Aggregate shipments increased about 1%, supported by public construction and large projects, while rain disrupted Texas and parts of the Southeast.
Repair and insurance timing also affected the comparisons. Work pushed out by weather can make a later quarter look better, but the repairs still belong to the economics. The table provides the fuller eight-quarter sequence needed to distinguish an isolated quarter from a trend.
