What has Everpure guided for FY27 and FY28?
On September 23, 2026, management reaffirmed FY27 revenue guidance of $5.03–$5.07 billion and non-GAAP operating income of $940–$960 million. FY27 ends January 31, 2027. Non-GAAP means management removes selected accounting expenses, including stock-based compensation. It can show the underlying operation more clearly, but it is not the same as ordinary profit or cash available to spend.
The preliminary FY28 outlook is more ambitious: revenue of $7.0–$7.3 billion, growing 39%–45%. Adjusted operating income is expected to reach $1.7–$1.9 billion, growing 80%–100%. That difference illustrates operating leverage: existing software, sales, and engineering capabilities handle more business, so each added dollar of revenue leaves more profit behind.

What should I watch in Everpure's next results?
Everpure plans to report Q3 FY27 results on November 18, 2026, after the November 1 quarter-end. The immediate benchmark is revenue of $1.325–$1.335 billion and adjusted operating income of $265–$275 million. Investors should read those results alongside component purchases and collections. Meeting the sales target while cash remains tied up would leave the funding question open.
If sustained profits make future use more likely, releasing the allowance would reduce tax expense and increase reported net income. It would not collect money from a customer or improve operating cash flow. The decisive evidence will therefore be operating profit, customer collections, and successful deployments—not a tax benefit.
