What has Align guided for 2026?

Management guides Q4 2026 revenue to $1.0 billion–$1.02 billion. It guides full-year 2026 revenue to $4.11 billion–$4.13 billion and expects 5%–6% Clear Aligner volume and revenue growth. What this means. The company shows both results under generally accepted accounting principles and adjusted results that leave out certain costs, so the adjusted profit margin is higher.

Has Align kept its past promises?

Align also missed its earlier promises. For 2025, it guided to 3.5%–5.5% revenue growth and roughly a 17% operating margin, but delivered 0.9% growth and a 13.5% margin. Its October 2026 outlook was a 16.2% margin, below the 17.5%–19.5% range it had presented for 2026–2028.

What has Align’s revenue and profit trend been?

Revenue rose 1.9% year over year in the September 2026 quarter. Clear Aligner shipments rose 6.6%, while Systems and Services revenue fell 7.6%. Case growth therefore remained stronger than the growth of the overall business.

Net income rose to $135.044 million, helped by both operating improvement and a lower tax rate. Quarterly free cash flow, however, fell to $137.917 million from $168.959 million a year earlier. A lasting turn would require case growth, healthier revenue per case and steadier cash conversion.

What should I watch in Align’s next results?

On February 3, 2027, Align expects to report fourth-quarter 2026 results and give its full 2027 outlook. The key questions are which savings are concrete, which investments remain protected and whether the revenue plan works without stronger consumer spending.
