TE Connectivity dividend history and cash flow
TE Connectivity pays $0.78 per share each quarter. TE Connectivity's FY25 free cash flow was $3.203 billion, supporting the dividend.
How much does TE Connectivity pay per share?
The 2026 board decisions continued the competition for cash. TE added $3.0 billion to its repurchase authorization and raised the quarterly dividend to $0.78 per share. An authorization permits future buybacks; it does not promise that TE will spend the whole amount immediately.

What this means. The company's own free cash flow per share is higher because it leaves out some voluntary pension payments and special cash costs that our count includes.
Is TE Connectivity's dividend covered by its cash?
The table shows why rising free cash flow did not remove the need for financing discipline. In some years, dividends and buybacks exceeded that year’s free cash flow. That does not automatically mean distress, because TE could use existing cash, borrowing, or proceeds from selling assets, but it does mean the payout was not funded by that year’s operations alone.
Free cash flow is operating cash flow after capital spending on factories and equipment. FY25 operating cash was $4.139 billion, while capital spending was $936 million. That produced calculated free cash flow of $3.203 billion.

What could change TE Connectivity's dividend?
Dividends rise in the base from $3.36 per share to $4.07. The bear holds the current annualized rate at $3.12 before cutting it to $2.81, while the bull reaches $4.29.
The base reflects the declared $0.78 quarterly dividend and approximately 10% annual increases. The bull requires faster cash-flow growth; the bear reflects acquisition funding and weaker conversion. Fiscal 2025 free cash flow was $3.203 billion, supporting the base, but the five-year dividend record was uneven.
