ResMed earnings: October 29, 2026 results
ResMed's next results are expected on October 29, 2026. Watch whether ResMed turns adjusted growth into cash while comparing headline sales with core sales.
What has ResMed guided for fiscal 2027?
For the year ending June 2027, ResMed forecasts revenue of $5.75 billion–$5.85 billion. It forecasts non-GAAP earnings per share of $12.00–$12.25, representing growth of 7%–10%. Non-GAAP means management excludes selected accounting charges from its preferred performance measure.
The core comparison is designed to show how the continuing business is performing. Core constant-currency growth of 5%–7% holds exchange rates steady and compares similar businesses. ResMed includes only two months of MatrixCare revenue in each comparison year and excludes Noctrix revenue. Reported revenue still includes Noctrix and a 50-basis-point currency headwind. Transition-service agreements should largely offset costs left behind by the MatrixCare sale during the first year.

What this means. The five-hundred-million-dollar limit for small acquisitions is the most allowed for one deal, not a promise to spend five hundred million dollars in total.
What did ResMed say about past promises?
ResMed also kept one measurable promise. In April 2026, management reiterated a gross-margin outlook of 62–63%. FY26 non-GAAP gross margin was 62.4%, inside that range. On balance, equity pay creates genuine downside for executives, but the board should judge adjusted bonuses alongside reported profit, dilution and cash generation. That is the standard by which owners can decide whether ResMed’s leadership is truly on their side.
What happened to ResMed revenue and profit over the last eight quarters?
Revenue grew 8.6% from the June 2025 quarter, or approximately 8% at constant currency. The quarterly sequence shows continuing expansion rather than a sudden demand collapse, although the latest growth rate was slower than the preceding quarters.

What should people watch in ResMed's next results?
The October 29, 2026 results call should show the first quarter of fiscal 2027 after the MatrixCare disposal, the enlarged repurchase program and the Noctrix acquisition. Compare headline sales with core sales, then compare cash generation with spending. Normal seasonal revenue movement and slightly lower year-over-year first-quarter gross margin would not, by themselves, disprove the annual plan.
