What has Quanta guided for 2026?

On July 30, 2026, management raised its 2026 revenue guidance to US$39,300,000–39,700,000 thousand. It set adjusted diluted earnings per share at $16.45–$16.95. “Diluted” includes shares that could be issued through employee awards and similar arrangements.

Quanta also provides ordinary accounting guidance of $11.41–$11.92 per diluted share. Its adjusted figure removes selected costs, including amortization and stock-based compensation. Amortization records the cost of acquired intangible assets over time; stock compensation pays employees with shares. Removing those items can make operating comparisons clearer, but neither cost disappears economically. The cash test therefore matters more than the adjusted label alone.

What this means. The low and high figures are the company’s forecast range for the full year, not its actual results.

Did Quanta keep its past promises?

Management forecast adjusted EPS of $9.90–$10.50 for 2025. The full-year adjusted result was $10.75. Earnings under generally accepted accounting rules, or GAAP, were $6.80 per share. The forecast and adjusted result are comparable because they use the same measure, but GAAP remains essential to the wider judgment.

What do Quanta's last eight quarters show?

Q2 2026 showed genuine operating improvement, alongside unusually strong cash collection.

What this means. The numbers are for each three-month period, even though the descriptions say “year,” so do not treat each column as a full year.

What should I watch in Quanta's next results?

October 29, 2026 is the next scheduled checkpoint, when Quanta will release third-quarter results before the market opens and hold its call at 9 a.m. Eastern. Investors should compare the results with the higher outlook, then examine customer collections and remaining capital spending. Revenue growth with slower payments would put more pressure on financing than the earnings headline suggests.
