CrowdStrike earnings date and guidance
CrowdStrike’s next results are expected on December 1, 2026. Watch whether growth is real, its measures are dependable, and cash can withstand liabilities.
What has CrowdStrike guided for the year?
Management guides revenue to $5,991.1–$6,011.1 million for the year to January 2027. Ending ARR guidance is $6,603.0–$6,611.9 million. It expects net new ARR growth of 34.0% and a free cash flow margin of 30.0%. Q3 FY2027 revenue guidance is $1,523.2–$1,529.2 million for the quarter ending October 2026.

Has CrowdStrike kept its past promises?
There is evidence that management has also kept important promises. All four share-price hurdles in Kurtz’s August 2021 award were achieved. After the July 19, 2024 outage affected 8.5 million Windows devices, CrowdStrike promised stronger testing and staged deployment. Its August 6 root-cause report documented new deployment layers and acceptance checks.
What do CrowdStrike’s last eight quarters show?
Profit improved from the prior-year quarter, yet the operating loss remained $33.232 million and was slightly worse than April’s. Net income was positive at $5.306 million, but diluted EPS was only $0.01. Three positive net-income quarters can therefore coexist with continuing operating losses.

What should I watch in CrowdStrike’s next results?
The first fixed checkpoint is October 31, 2026, when Q3 ends. The next is January 31, 2027, the fiscal year-end. Investors should compare ARR, revenue and cash generation with management’s promises. The important issue is timing: did prospective deals close soon enough to enlarge ARR and produce recognized revenue?
Stronger sales would not settle the regulatory inquiry or determine the outage’s final cash cost. CrowdStrike therefore has to show that growth is real, that its measures are dependable and that its cash cushion can withstand whatever liabilities remain.
