Compass earnings date and guidance
Compass’s next results are due on November 24, 2026. The key thing to watch is whether Compass turns contract wins into cash while reducing acquisition-related borrowing.
What has Compass guided for the year?
Compass’s financial year ends on 30 September. On 11 May 2026, management raised its forecast for FY26 underlying operating profit growth to above 11%, then repeated it on 21 July. Underlying profit excludes specified adjusting items, while constant currency removes the effect of exchange-rate movements. The target concerns operating profit before interest and tax, not the final profit available to shareholders.
Beyond FY26, Compass promises mid-to-high single-digit organic growth, continued margin progression and profit growing faster than revenue. But once an acquisition has been owned for a full year, it no longer supplies the same automatic comparison boost. FY26 results arrive on 24 November 2026; they should not be mistaken for formal FY27 guidance. That makes the analysts’ baseline the next piece of the story.
Has Compass kept its past promises?
Management has also delivered on net new business, meaning revenue from new contracts minus revenue from lost contracts. It was 4.5% in 2025, the fourth consecutive year within the 4%–5% target range. If prior organic revenue were £100, winning £7 and losing £2 would produce 5% net new business. That measure supports organic growth, but it does not guarantee that every new contract will be profitable.
How have Compass’s revenue and profit trended?
For full earnings and cash, the half-year to March 2026 is more useful. Revenue was $24,983 million, against $22,568 million a year earlier. Operating income was $1,605 million, against $1,476 million.

What should investors watch in Compass’s next release?
The first checkpoint is 24 November 2026, when Compass reports FY26 results. Investors can compare completed-year profit growth with the above-11% promise and examine the starting point for FY27. New guidance will matter more than a repetition of the old target because the latest acquisitions will begin contributing differently to the annual comparison.
