What has Accenture guided for FY27?

Accenture helps clients change how they operate by designing, installing or running technology. It measures underlying growth in local currency so exchange rates do not disguise what clients actually bought: if a European client pays the same €1 million while the euro rises, dollar revenue increases even though the business did not. Management expects FY27 local-currency revenue growth of 3.0%–6.0%, with no material currency effect.

The same distinction affects earnings per share. Management guides to $14.39–$14.81, but FY27 growth is 6.0%–9.0% against reported earnings and only 3.0%–6.0% against adjusted earnings. Accenture also expects its share count to fall about 3%, so buybacks can lift EPS even if total profit grows more slowly. Acquisitions are expected to add 2.0%–2.5% to growth, leaving an indicative underlying contribution of roughly 0.5–4 percentage points.

Did Accenture keep its past promises?

Management’s fiscal 2026 results met or exceeded its original promises on revenue growth, adjusted earnings and shareholder returns. Diluted shares also fell, showing that repurchases did more than absorb new equity.

What has Accenture's revenue and profit done over the last eight quarters?

Profit requires adjustment. Reported EPS rose 46.2%, but the comparable increase was about 8.6% because the August 2025 quarter contained the full restructuring charge. Operating margin improved only modestly on that adjusted basis.
