How much does CK Asset pay per share?

Base dividends rise from HK$1.78 per share to HK$1.86 by October 2029. The bear case cuts them to HK$1.50, while the bull case lifts them to HK$2.15. The base reflects the small recovery from HK$1.74 in 2024 and the absence of a special dividend. Thin development contribution, at HK$765 million on HK$21,618 million of sales in the first half of 2026, limits confidence in faster growth. Dividend odds are 50% base, 30% bear and 20% bull.

Is CK Asset’s dividend covered by its cash?

From 2021 to 2025, dividends and buybacks absorbed a large share of the company’s capital returns, with buybacks concentrated in 2021 and later repurchases diminishing. By 2025, buybacks had stopped, while cash dividends had also fallen from their earlier level. These payments follow payment dates, so they are not necessarily the dividends declared for the same financial year.

Operating cash flow was HK$18,670 million in 2025. A HK$9,049 million release from properties for sale supplied a large part of that strength. This is normal development timing: land and construction absorb cash for years, then handovers release inventory and customer money. It does not prove that the next projects will earn the same return.
