Micron earnings date
Micron's next results are expected on December 23, 2026. Watch whether Micron turns spending into profitable capacity while preserving enough cash for obligations and shareholder returns.
What has Micron guided for fiscal 2027?
Guidance is management’s forecast of what it expects to deliver. Micron’s September 30 outlook covers revenue, earnings, margins, expenses and investment. It also reports non-GAAP earnings, which remove selected costs from standard accounting. That can make comparisons easier, but the excluded costs remain real costs.

Did Micron keep its past promises?
There is evidence of restraint and execution. During the downturn, Micron cut the CEO’s salary by 20% and executive vice presidents’ salaries by 15%. Later, the board certified strong achievement against earlier product goals. Those facts support management’s credibility, but they do not prove how much of the reward came from management rather than favorable industry prices.
How have Micron's revenue and profit changed in the last eight quarters?
The rise continued across the year. Quarterly revenue increased from $13,643 million in November to $54,229 million in September. But September had 14 weeks, compared with 13 in May. Reported sequential revenue growth was about 30.8%; average weekly revenue growth was about 21.5%. The calendar explains part, not all, of the acceleration.
Cash offers a second check. Final-quarter operating cash was $43,973 million and capital spending was $11,110 million, leaving $32,863 million before incentives and equipment-sale proceeds. Net income reached $37,701 million, with diluted EPS of $32.87. Yet manufacturing-bonus costs sitting in inventory have not all reached gross margin.
