What this means. The weighted row is the probability-based average of the bear, base, and bull cases, not a guaranteed share price.

What has to go right for Domino’s?

Before July 2027, refinancing rate and terms will determine cash available to owners. Through 2027, customer baskets and franchisee returns must recover enough to support store openings. The bull case needs repeat profitable orders, improving franchisee returns and productive openings. Domino’s is ultimately a bet that healthy franchisees can keep converting orders into cash before the debt comes due.

How much cash does Domino’s really make?

Capital spending remains necessary even in a franchised system because Domino’s must maintain technology, supply-chain facilities and company stores. The accounts do not cleanly separate maintenance spending from growth spending. Stock compensation adds another qualification: subtracting $44.6 million of stock pay leaves analytical “real free cash flow” of $626.9 million.

What this means. The company's own free cash flow is almost the same as ours because the tiny differences are just rounding, but our real free cash flow is lower because we subtract shares given to employees as pay.
